For those who like golf, the State of Colima offers four areas where they can enjoy intense days in this sport.
There is a Golf Court in the capital city of the state of Colima, called Club Campestre, located in outer part of the city, on the road Colima, Manzanillo. It’s a 9 hole court in perfect conditions for practicing this sport for those who visit the capital and municipallities nearby, because the other 3 courts are located in Manzanillo.
This court is one of the most famous and it has 18 holes. Belongs to the Las Hadas Hotel which is a touristic activity icon of Manzanillo. From Blvd. Miguel de la Madrid you can watch this beautiful court that offers a great panoramic view to those who transit over.
The most atractive part of this court, is 18th hole, which is located in a small island in the middle of the sea, this means a great challenge for the golf players.
How to get there: Follow the signs through Miguel de la Madrid Avenue all the way to the Santiago area.
This is considered one of the exclusive zones for tourism even when it only counts with one hotel and club, it’s distinguished by the great diversity of houses, both private or for rental, that many vacationers chose for their fun and leisure. Like Colima’s, this one is a 9 hole court, but it’s also very visited by locals and tourists.
This is the most spectacular of all the golf Courts in the state, with 19 holes, like the one in Las Hadas, its remarked by a singular beauty since it’s great and perfect courts excels and recieve all who arrive to this great and beautiful hotel.
This court was designed by the Architect Rober Von Hagge who has created more than 185 courts and has collaborated in the planning and design of 200 courts located all over the world.
